Why do a survey?
The MetroWest Chess Club offers a variety of programs for the benefit of members. Periodically we want to ask members directly what they like, and what would they want to see in the future. Your feedback is critical, and we want to reach as many members as possible, so this year we are conducting a survey.
The survey should take on average just 5 minutes of your time. If you know how to use email, then you will find this just as easy.  We appreciate your feedback!

What do we want to know?
We are interested in your level of participation in MetroWest Chess Club programs, and your ideas for improving our programs in the future. The program we have the most questions about is the Chess School. We also have questions about how our members use computers and other chess related technology.
  All survey information is absolutely confidential, and will only be used by Program Directors and the Board of Directors to improve the level of service in our Club.
